Out of the Darkness O'ahu Walk was an event that took place to raise awareness and funds that allow the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to invest in new research and decrease the number of suicide loss.
I'm so glad I was able to help out this event again this year. In addition, other Bake a Wish members were able to contribute baked good to the Bake Sale booth. For this year's cake, I made an aegean blue one tiered cake with royal icing designs and gold leaves. The cake is topped with a hand-made gum paste white and gold peony like flower.
